General Questions:


I am getting the following security message:
"You are about to be re-directed to a connection that is not secure:  The information that you are sending to the current site might be re-transmitted to a non-secure site.  Do you wish to continue?"

This message is usually sent after the credit card screen at the end of registration to let you know that you are being re-directed to the regular Nob Hill site. At that point, your credit card information has been secured and you will be finished with registration.  This is a general message and it does not indicate a problem with the security settings on the Nob Hill Catering website.

I forgot my password, can I have it re-sent?
Yes, from the homepage click on the "Sign In" link. Then click on the "Forgot My Password" link. Your login and password will be sent to you through email.

If you are a new parent/student at your school and you would like to start an account on Nobhillcatering.com, a password must be generated for you.  Request a login & password here.

How can I register multiple children on your website?
More than one child can be registered on our website, although, their accounts will be listed individually. The login may be the same however the passwords must be different. After registering your first child, make sure to click log out. Logging out will bring you back to the Nob Hill homepage where you may then sign in for your second child.

My child's room number is incorrect, how can I change it?
Please send your room change request to lunchmaster@nobhillcatering.com. With your request please send us your child's name, room number/grade and school name.

 

Catering Questions:

 

How can I book my event date with your company?
Request a quote and we would be happy to work out the details of your event with you.

Can I order an item that is not on your menu?
Yes, we pride ourselves on having a flexible menu! Just let us know what item you would like and we will customize and price a menu to suit your needs.

How much notice is required to place an order?
Please allow at least 48 hours notice for your catered event. Events larger than 50 guests require more notice.

Is it too late to cancel my event?
Cancellation requires 2 weeks notice for an event of less than 50 guests and the 20% deposit will be forfeited. Orders cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance for any reason will result in 100% charge to the client. Cancellations with 4 weeks notice, will receive 20% deposit back.

 

School Lunch Program Questions:

 

What is the due date for signing up for school lunches?
Each 2-month menu has a due date mid-month of the month before the menu is to begin (i.e., A May-June menu will have an approximate due date of April 15). Due dates are subject to change. This means that after the due date you will need to contact us directly to place a late order.

My child is allergic to some food items, who can I talk to about ingredients in the school lunches?
Please email lunchmaster@nobhillcatering.com, for specific food item questions.

My child was absent on the day that his/her school lunch was served, can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for missed days. 4 days notice is required for any cancellation.

My child doesn't like one of the meals, can I switch to the other selection?
Before the due date, you will be able to switch selections and alter the menu by signing into your account. However, after the due date you will not be able to change the menu online. After the due date our supplies are ordered and your child's meal selection is accounted for.

I forgot to pack my child a lunch today, can he/she purchase one of your hot lunches?
Yes, we send extra lunches to each school daily. The extra lunches may be purchased from the Nob Hill Catering staff member at the end of the lunch period.

I forgot to order my child's lunches, can I place a late order?
Please call our office for late order details.
